Background
Jenn is a born and raised, as a, lifelong Alaskan. She has spent many years working with the public and has always focused on quality customer service. As life happened, things changed, and she took an extended break to focus on raising her kids and her family. Once her kids started getting older, she went back to pursue her higher education. She focused her studies in medical billing and healthcare administration, completing her associates degree at U of P. As a mother of four Jenn understands that quality customer service makes life easier for everyone. Now it’s her job to make sure the patients can focus on their healing and recovery while leaving the hassle and frustration of paperwork to her.
