Alaska is a direct access state for physical therapy, which means you may see a physical therapist without a physician’s referral. However, many insurances require a referral, so please check your insurance’s requirements before scheduling.
Each session is scheduled for one hour of one-on-one time.
Please wear clothing you will be comfortable in while moving and healing! Athletic shoes, t-shirts or sweat shirts, athletic shorts, sweat pants, and yoga pants are all good examples of comfortable, active clothing.
