Out Patient at Home Physical Therapy LLC is an outpatient physical therapy company, providing services in the comfort of your home environment. Our goal is to make access to health care as easy and accessible as possible, so that you can get back to improved function, and reduce pain quickly and conveniently!
Our services are beneficial for:
- Those who currently have a prescription from your physical therapy services, or direct access with insurances/private pay
- Those who prefer one on one attention
- Those who prefer to be treated in the home for convenience and/or safety
- Those who do not have an outpatient clinic nearby
- Those who do not have transportation to an outpatient clinic
- People that are time flexible
Our services are NOT for:
- People that are homebound or take a “taxing effort” to leave the home or currently have a home nurse or home therapy services
- People that do not have room to set up a treatment table (i.e. excessive clutter, roaming pets, bugs, etc.)
- People that are looking for a maintenance program. This is not covered by insurance.
